Julianna Deardorff is the Principal Investigator and Director of the CoE, providing leadership and direction for all training, practice, and research related activities of the CoE. Dr. Deardorff leads and guides all academic and continuing education training, emphasizing leadership training, applied research, and technical assistance to communities, states, and regions.

Heidi Kelly-Tuason administers and oversees all CoE activities including academic programs, workforce education, program evaluation, grant management and reporting, external communications, and professional development.
